We are available for paper based fingerprinting services.  We can travel to you, or meet at a pre-arranged destination. Travel fee is dependent on where you want services performed.

A VALID ID IS REQUIRED for all fingerprint services.  

ID means: 

• A U.S. passport or officially recognized passport of a foreign country. 
• A driver’s license or ID card issued by any state. 
• United States military ID card; ID card issued by a federally recognized Indian tribe; or a document issued by the federal, state, county, or local govt. 
• All must contain the person’s photo and signature. 
• ID can be expired up to 3 years before date of notarization
• If you don’t have ID, a credible witness (someone who will legally attest to your identity) can be used instead.  In this case, the credible witness will need one of the ID’s detailed above.

Travel Fee (Portland Southeast to Oregon City)

Travel for destinations within areas encompassed by the Milwaukie, Clackamas, Happy Valley and Oregon City areas.

Travel Fee (Greater Portland Area)

Travel for destinations within 15 miles of the Clackamas Town Center
(Excluding SE Portland to OC)

Travel Fee (Other Oregon Destinations)                                                     $40+
Travel for other Oregon destinations will need to be negotiated, but will start at $40.  Final price determined by mileage.

Parking  & Tolls                                                                                                Varies
Toll & Parking fees for all destinations.  Cost depends of if there are any additional expenses present. 

* Travel fees are non-refundable unless services are canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Any reschedules must occur before travel starts.
